It’s finally summer!! School is out and senior portrait season is in full swing. One of the biggest concerns my seniors have is OMG what do I wear!?!? If you haven’t already, check out my 5 tips on what to wear for your senior portraits as a place to start. I wanted to create another inspiration guide to show you some of the varieties of DIFFERENT looks you can put together, to give your senior portrait gallery dimension and interest!

The biggest thing to remember when you’re putting together a wardrobe for your senior portraits is that it has VARIETY. You don’t want all the images in your gallery to look the same, you want to change it up both with styles and colors! Skirts, shorts, pants, and dresses all help add variety to your wardrobe. They can also each be used as an anchor that can be paired with different tops and accessories to give you a completely NEW look!

Here’s some examples of the different range of looks you can put together. The Modern Sophistication look is more of a preppy, professional wardrobe that you’ll want to use for those sorority applications and the like in the next few years. Skinnies, trousers, or a smart dress paired with a colorful blazer or cardigan leaves room to show off your personality while keeping you looking sharp. The next look is more casual showing off your legs in the shorts, but it’s still a very chic, fashion forward look. Blush is a HOT color this season and I just love how it looks paired with the monochrome black and white. The fun & flirty look is probably more of your everyday style! Cold shoulder tops, flirty skirts, strappy sandals and colorful jewelry all work perfectly in this category. The last look is your chance to grunge it up a little. These outfits would help you ROCK a downtown location like building fronts, alley ways, or city murals.
