This little guy’s mommy and I have been friends since high school. When she told me she was expecting last Thanksgiving I was so excited for her news. Being a mommy to two, I thought back on what those early days of my first pregnancy were like. I knew everyone said I had no idea what was in store for me, the overwhelming love I’d have for this new little life that would soon be born. But it’s not something you can really explain to someone until it’s experienced.
I knew what she had to look forward to, and being able to photograph those sweet moments of her newborn session was such a special experience.
After some time with just mommy, we joined up with the rest of the family and my heart melted all over again watching this sweet baby boy’s big brothers dote over him. Babies holding babies, what could be sweeter <3. It was such an honor to capture the beginnings of this sweet new family!
