Let me introduce you to Grace. Grace is an excellent golfer, loves to read and listen to music, and is interested in learning Korean! Whaaaat how cool is that?? Grace was so much fun to photograph, her personality is fun and sweet and I LOVED how she had a creative vision for her senior pictures!
When she first contacted me about her senior pictures, she said she wanted something unique and colorful. She had this idea to incorporate FLOWERS and lots of color. So we totally had to make that happen!
We started out her session in downtown Fort Wayne, making great use of these cool reflective windows for her first look. Grace’s dad has this amazing yellow sports car that we wanted to use, so we found the perfect spot up on top the parking garage over looking downtown Fort Wayne! I just love the outfit we chose for this set, how the blue POPS against the yellow car! These were definitely some of my favorite images from her session!
Next we headed to the alleyways to capture some of those COLOR INFUSED images that she was hoping for! We made great use of the murals and urban scene to give her gallery lots of variety.
After we finished up downtown, we headed to the gardens to get some of those flower images she was envisioning! Lakeside Gardens did not disappoint! There were tons of blooms and colors to incorporate, and her outfit choice was neutral in color but had lots of movement and texture to keep the focus of the photograph on HER.
For her next look, we moved to the green vines of the willow trees since they perfectly complimented the light blue in her dress. We added the hat for a few shots to give these photos an even more organic feel, and I just love the result!
One of Grace’s dreams is to play professional golf so we finished up her session on the golf course just as the sun was setting.
Grace graduates in just a few short months and plans to attend college for either business or elementary education, but before she heads off to chase her dreams we’ll be capturing some really special family portraits for her parents and grandma! I cant wait to see all the incredible things this amazing young lady will accomplish after high school!
