Family Portrait Photographer in Fort Wayne
When I put an inquiry out in April looking for families with small children to model in a portrait photography session, I never would have guessed I’d get hooked up with such an awesome family.
From the minute they opened the door welcoming me into their craftsman home full of character nestled near downtown Fort Wayne, Dan and Stephanie truly felt like friends that I’ve known for years. And I think little M and I hit it off pretty nicely too 😉
One of my favorite things from this shoot was watching them interact with their curious, sweet little 2 ½ year old.
Dan is such an engaged father, there’s not many dads that can put a ponytail in a little girl’s hair. Or recognize that she needs a bow in that pony tail! And the way little M laid her head on her Mommy’s shoulder and began twirling her hair, my heart melted then and there.
Each time I’ve been to their home from their shoot, to their ordering session, to delivering their beautiful album they have been so welcoming and kind. It was truly an honor working with them and capturing these special moments before their next sweet addition arrives!
