Bluebird Photography is a full service boutique style portrait photographer specializing in Lifestyle Newborn Photography and Styled Maternity Photography. We are based in Spencerville, IN and serve the Greater Fort Wayne area. Our goal is to take the time to get to know each client personally. To tailor a portrait experience just for you that results in tangible, cherished memories that will be handed down for years to come.

Welcome! I’m Ashley Clauss, owner and photographer at Bluebird Photography. I’m the wife of a hard working husband, Mommy of two sweet baby girls, and most importantly a daughter of the One True King. My journey into photography began like that of many other mom-togs, motherhood makes us acutely aware of how fleeting childhood is and ignites a burning desire to capture every precious moment.

I’m passionate about getting my images off the digital screen and onto my walls or into the hands of my children. One of my favorite memories with my grandmother was looking through her wedding album on the floor with my cousins. Large, full page photographs preserved for 60 years and more for us to enjoy. I look forward to sharing that album with my girls when they’re older, hoping to pass on to them a little piece of who my grandmother was, even though they never got to meet her. This is why we want each of our clients to walk away from a Bluebird session with precious memories in hand. Moments in time that they can enjoy and pass down as heirlooms for their children and grandchildren.
